New Members:
Full payment is required with registration. Pre-payment is required to hold a spot for your child in advance.
Tuition:
Payment is made monthly by auto payment. We accept Visa / MasterCard (credit or check card) and Discover. The monthly draft occurs between the first and the fifth of each month. This allows you to have first choice of class selection and you never have to re-register. (We do offer a session payment alternative for members not wishing to pay by auto payment.) Tuition is due two weeks prior to the up coming session to reserve your placement in class. If you fail to pay tuition by the first two weeks your child will be dropped from our roster.
Family Registration Fee:
There is an annual family registration fee which is due upon initial registration and is renewed on anniversary date.
Family Discounts:
we offer a discount on your second child's tuition, as well as any other children you have enrolled in our programs.
Make-up Classes:
We run as a school and our programs are progressive. Therefore, it is important for your children to come on their assigned days and not miss class. Your children are becoming part of a class community that brings them a sense of belonging (team). The tuition you are paying is for a program for development. Tuition holds an availalbe class space over the school trimester. It does not provide for attendance in a specific number of classes. As a result, we do NOT offer make up classes. In addition, we do not credit back tuition for classes missed. Many Member Clubs of USA gymnastics have done away with the practice of make-up classes because it generally is not in the best interest of the child and their development. We do have open gym as a way to accomodate additional practice time.
Membership:
Members can put their membership on hold for up to 3 months each year without having to pay a new registration fee upon return. Changes in membership must be submitted in writing at least 10 days in advance of the new month. We do not carry over or credit back tuition already paid.
Class Schedules:
Fundamentals reserves the right to alter our class offerings at any time.
